Non-Discrimination
All Scottsdale Institute activities and events, including in-person events, virtual events, research studies, and more, are open to all who meet eligibility criteria without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, or any other protected class. We celebrate the diversity of all our attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff, and will not tolerate any form of discriminatory behavior by or toward anyone taking part in our events.
No Sales Environment
The Scottsdale Institute operates as a strictly non-sales, neutral environment. All presentations, contributions, and discussions are intended solely for the purpose of sharing knowledge, exchanging best practices, and advancing industry-wide thought leadership. We require that all participants refrain from sales pitches or promotional activities, ensuring that our community remains a collaborative space dedicated exclusively to professional education and strategic innovation.
Conflicts of Interest
The Scottsdale Institute is committed to providing high-quality, objective, and evidence-based education. To ensure transparency and maintain the trust of our community, we require all speakers and contributors to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including financial relationships with industry partners or organizations that could be perceived as influencing the content of their presentation. By participating in this event, speakers attest that they will provide a balanced, unbiased perspective.
Event Media
By attending Scottsdale Institute events, you acknowledge and consent that the event may be recorded, photographed, and captured in other media formats. These materials may be used by the Scottsdale Institute for professional, educational, or promotional purposes in our publications, website, and digital channels.
Confidentiality
By participating in Scottsdale Institute events, you agree to treat all shared discussions, proprietary publications, and materials as confidential. All content presented or distributed is the intellectual property of the Scottsdale Institute and its contributors and may not be reproduced, shared, or utilized for external purposes without the express written permission of the Scottsdale Institute.
