Who can attend?
The Scottsdale Institute Annual Conference and Symposium are by invitation-only for SI member health systems, sponsors, strategic partners, and select industry leaders. If you are interested in attending, please contact events@scottsdaleinstitute.org for more information.
Do I need to register for the Annual Conference and Symposium separately?
Yes! Separate registration is required for each event. Please ensure you register and pay applicable fees for both events. You will receive separate confirmations for both. Follow these links to register:

Do I need to book my own hotel room?
Yes! You will find all information, rates, and deadlines to book and manage your OWN hotel registration here and in your confirmation email(s). Please ensure you book your hotel by the hotel deadline of March 19, 2027. You will also manage any changes or cancellations to your hotel reservation directly with the Scottsdale Resort and Spa.
Who will be speaking this year?
Each year, we deliver an incredible lineup of speakers including leading voices in the healthcare and AI communities. We anticipate launching our full agenda in December, and we’ll release speaker announcements on our LinkedIn page. Stay tuned!
What can I expect from the mobile app?
The mobile app will be your one-stop shop for attendee lists, session times, speaker bios, and session evaluations. Be sure to download it in advance and set up your profile.
What if I have questions about the app or can’t access my profile?
If you have questions or issues with the app, please email events@scottsdaleinstitute.org and we will connect you with support. During the event, you may also stop by the registration desk.
Will presentation materials be available?
Select presentation materials will be available through the event mobile app and on the website following the event. Access is subject to presenter approval and is available to members and approved attendees only.
Can I access and view recordings of any session from the Symposium or Annual Conference?
We are not recording sessions at the Symposium or Annual Conference, but members will have exclusive access to an encore webinar series featuring select sessions over the summer months. Highlights and a full report will be available for both events.
Can attendees earn ACHE Qualifying Education Credits?
Yes! This program is eligible for up to XX ACHE Qualifying Education credits toward earning or maintaining your FACHE credential. Registrants may self-report their participation by visiting the MyACHE page and include the conference registration email you received from SI for your participation.
Are we able to bring personal guests to the Annual Conference and Symposium?
Personal guests are most welcome and invited to attend our evening receptions. When you register, indicate their name, dietary restrictions, and which receptions they will attend so that we can include them. They are welcome to enjoy the resort and local area, and the hotel concierge can assist with arrangements.
What is the event cancellation policy?
All refund requests for paid Annual Conference and/or Symposium fees must be submitted in writing to events@scottsdaleinstitute.org. Refunds minus a $100 processing fee are available for cancellations received by March 28, 2027. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations submitted after March 28, 2027 due to guarantees and contractual obligations already submitted on behalf of attendees.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague if I am unable to attend?
The Scottsdale Institute is happy to review your request to transfer your registration to a colleague within the same organization should your plans change. Please email events@scottsdaleinstitute.org with your request and include the name, title, and contact information for your colleague. You will remain responsible for managing your hotel reservation directly with the Scottsdale Resort & Spa.
How can I obtain a registration confirmation or registration receipt?
Upon completion of your registration and payment, you will automatically receive separate email confirmations for the Annual Conference and/or Symposium. If you are unable to locate your confirmation(s) or need a copy, please contact events@scottsdaleinstitute.org.
When and where will the 2028 Scottsdale Institute Annual Conference and Symposium be held?
The 2028 events will be held at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa during the week of April 3rd, 2028. Add to calendar.
What is SI membership? How do I join?
The Scottsdale Institute community includes Member Health Systems, Sponsors, and Strategic Partners. SI membership encompasses the entire organization, and anyone from Member organizations that are part of the SI community can set up a profile to connect to all that SI has to offer. Check to see if your organization is already a part of SI here.
