Intermountain Health Care: Patient Room of the Future

The environmentin which healthcare systems provide care greatly influences the capability of that care in terms of efficiency, quality, and convenience to both the patients and providers. Intermountain Healthcare is pursuing solutions around the technology and design of inpatient facilities ranging from adult rooms to the neonatal units. This presentation discusses how enhancing the patient care experience through facility design can increase efficiency and quality of care.
