KLAS on Workflow

As legacy solutions are replaced there is considerable investment in sophisticated application portfolios with the expectation is that these solutions will provide the capability to route accurate data to the right person at the right time: improving the quality of processes and their outcomes. A review of the results from this KLAS perception study will provide a snapshot of workflow management systems (WFMS) in today’s marketplace where early data suggests that the implementation of a WFMS will be a journey …… not a destination ……… as organizations seek to redesign processes to manage the cost and quality of care.
