Dynamic and collaborative sessions include: 

  • Innovation in Primary Care: Aligning health systems, community organizations, payers, and policy makers to better provision primary care. 
  • Building Generational Wealth: Exploring the impact that quality maternal and pediatric interventions can have on multiple generations of a family. 
  • Expanding Access to Care: Developing strategic partnerships to move care from the ED to the appropriate care setting. 
  • Advancing Technology to Improve Access: Implementing technology solutions to reach patients where they are and reduce barriers to care.

  • Where can health systems proactively invest to shift care away from emergency departments, such as supporting FQHCs, rural care delivery models, housing, and workforce development?
