In September 2020\, Drs. Koralnik and Charles Davidson\, as well as colleagues created the NM Comprehensive COVID-19 Center (CCC) and developed a referral program where these patients could be seen and treated in relevant specialty clinics across the enterprise.  Dr. Sala joined this effort to further the pulmonology clinical efforts and additional research objectives.  As of 3/28/2022\, the NM Comprehensive COVID Center has seen over 1800 individual patients including 1243 in the Neuro-COVID-19 clinic. With the help of NM IT department\, they have developed an app that allows the patients with Neurologic symptoms to track their own progress towards recovery against their initial pre-COVID baseline and monitor their COVID-related Neurologic symptoms.
