SDoH Affinity Group

Studying Communities, Envisioning Care

The Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Affinity Group empowers 40+ Chief Community Health Officers and other executives accountable for SDoH activities to collaborate on approach, program development, and structures defining Community Health for their organizations.

Via Dialogue calls and in-person and virtual Summits, the SI SDoH Affinity Group offers leaders a forum to innovate and share solutions that ensure the practice of medicine is inclusive and widespread. Plus, if you want to know what your peers are doing and thinking right now, join SI’s SDoH Affinity Group MS Teams Site to facilitate ongoing, ad hoc, open discussion and collaboration among the SDoH peer group.

What People Are Saying
All of the participants and presenters are creative leaders. There’s an informal tone and camaraderie that feels like a great community of peers. It’s just good hearing the experiences of others, how they’re approaching problems, overcoming failures and building successes.
