SDOH & Employee Health Affinity Group

While SI’s Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) group focuses more outward toward topics around community well-being and health equity, its Employee Health (EH) group focuses more inward on critical topics such as employee wellness, work-life balance, productivity and burnout. As EH is a microcosm of a larger health arena, SI offers combined events to bring personnel together for a fuller picture of what might create healthier communities and individuals overall. Several events (e.g., Summits, Dialogues, etc.) envelop both populations for important sharing and problem-solving opportunities.

These 1-hour, peer-led Zoom meetings are by invitation-only, with recaps distributed to all SI Members on the Dialogue Digest page. Contact us to guest-lead or host a Dialogue on a topic of interest. Some hosts share background materials to support discussion; just ask for samples.

    What People Are Saying
All of the participants and presenters are creative leaders. There’s an informal tone and camaraderie that feels like a great community of peers. It’s just good hearing the experiences of others, how they’re approaching problems, overcoming failures and building successes.
