In a new care delivery transformation index developed by the Scottsdale Institute and Deloitte, surveyed health systems scored themselves 2.7 out of 5 on the ability to turn transformation efforts into scaled, AI-enabled operations. Accelerating transformation velocity relies on building dedicated governance across business, digital, and data functions, while actively shifting the culture from basic clinical buy-in to true clinical co-ownership to determine operational design trade-offs.
