Bob Gross is the Sr. Dir. of Revenue Cycle Transformation at Cleveland Clinic, with over 13 years of experience in the hospital & health care industry. He is skilled in leading teams focused on analytical capabilities including enterprise data warehousing, data visualization, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Bob is also leading a new team focused on transformational technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), block chain, electronic data interchange (EDIs), and application programming interfaces (APIs).
