SVP, Consumer and Employer Solutions, Cerner
David Bradshaw works with Cerner’s Digital Consumer Engagement team. He graduated from Texas A&M where he was recruited into IBM. After 14 years in various sales and product management roles in the healthcare industry at IBM, he joined Memorial Hermann as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), a position he held for 19 ½ years. In 2004 in addition to the CIO role, David assumed the Chief Marking Officer (CMO) role and strategic planning. In 2015 he was promoted to EVP and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Memorial Hermann in addition to his then current duties of CIO and CMO. His interests are in the shift to population health models and the digital transformation of the healthcare system. He has focused on consumer engagement with digital tools that facilitate the patient’s decision-making process and the building of enduring enterprise brands. He has been married to Jennifer, also an Aggie, for 30 years and together have 3 boys. He is an avid road cyclist and saltwater and freshwater fisherman.
