As vice president and general manager of consumer engagement, David Harse is focused on setting a vision and strategy for the person, patient and member experience across Cerner. David also has executive responsibilities for HealtheLife, Cerner Wellness, and myStation solutions.
He makes an impact on clients by advancing their strategies for digital engagement, virtual care models, and relationship management. His teams work with organizations spanning across the community, including providers, employers and health plans.
David joined Cerner in 1999 as a client representative. He has held roles with the company such as solution designer for the emergency medicine solution FirstNet® ; manager, process modeling; and practice manager and executive within Consulting.
During his time at Cerner, David has been instrumental in defining and delivering client value strategies through the use of data and process redesign hardwired into the electronic medical record. David is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering.
