Leslie leads the assessment of new business segments to support growth objectives for Amazon Care. She is helping to define the strategy, pricing, and product roadmap that will unlock and enhance partnerships. In this role, she is also defining the business models that will optimize Amazon Care’s current and potential future opportunities.
Prior to joining Amazon, she led the digital health strategy and finance team at Stanford Health Care, directing the strategic planning, prioritization, growth and financial diligence for Stanford’s digital health programs. She also managed implementation and management of many digital health programs at Stanford, including the Second Opinion Offering, eConsults program, National Daily Health Survey, and more. She hosted an annual Digital Health Symposium, and monthly collaborative calls, convening digital health provider leaders from ~30 preeminent health systems to discuss successes, priorities, and risks driving digital health strategies.
Prior to joining Stanford, Leslie was a Manager in IBM Watson Health’s Strategic Advisory Practice, advising health systems regarding value-based care and population health strategies, primarily focusing on strategic growth and partnerships, and enterprise planning. Leslie also previously developed and directed the physician contracting strategies for two divisions within HCA. She also worked briefly with the Corporate Strategy Team at the Cleveland Clinic, primarily focusing on developing growth strategies and partnerships. Prior to business school, she worked with Active Acquisition Partners in health and wellness management and consulting.
