Quinn is a Principal at Deloitte and is the Digital Health Leader within Deloitte Digital. With over 15 years of experience working in the Plan and Provider sectors, Quinn has helped leading health care organizations to enhance their customer experience, deploy consumer-facing technologies across multi-channel platforms, and improve margins through efficient deployment of cloud-based and analytic technologies. He focuses at the intersection of digital technologies with the health care system through Patient/Member Experience, Customer Relationship Management, Social & Marketing Services, Digital Transformation Strategy, and IOT Technologies.
Quinn leads Deloitte’s Digital Health practice covering investments in pre-built digital solutions and accelerators for Health Plan and Provider clients and is responsible for Deloitte’s go to market relationship with relevant technology and software vendors in the Plans and Provider sectors.
