–Dr. Ravula is the Chief Medical Officer for EXL and provides clinical leadership to ensure the clinical integrity of our services, and assists in product development.  She drives thought leadership connecting industry trends and weaving in our capabilities to support increased awareness of EXL in the healthcare market.

–She is a Double Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, and  holds a Masters Degree in Public Health specializing in Community Health Education.

–She has several years of Executive Leadership experience in Clinical and Administrative Medicine, having served in various Multi-Specialty Hospital Systems and Managed Care settings such as HonorHealth, Tenet Healthcare and CVS-Aetna.

–As an accomplished leader with progressive experience in Medical Management practices and high level corporate strategy, innovation and implementation she is well versed in  Medicaid, Medicare, Federal and Commercial Health Plans, and also serves as a Medical Consultant with the Arizona Medical Board.

–Dr Ravula has extensive experience in ensuring Procedural Compliance with Healthcare Regulations and Safety Standards by demonstrating  skills in keeping staff updated on New Healthcare Regulations, Benchmark Performance, Productivity Excellence, as well as finding ways to Improve Clinical Services and  has established herself as a visionary Chronic Care Management and Lifestyle Medicine Advocate.

–She is passionate about providing holistic empathetic care to patients as the core of the service delivery models She therefore strives  toward improving access to healthcare across communities by reducing healthcare disparities utilizing Business Intelligence to provide cutting edge predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for enhanced and efficient patient care practices.
