She is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Customer & Digital Transformation solution for the health care provider sector where she helps clients develop and implement Customer Experience strategy with the strategic application of digital tools and technology to enhance the experience they are able to provide to customers. Urvi has worked with a breadth of health care provider organizations including large integrated delivery systems, Academic medical centers, retailers, traditional physician clinics and hospitals, as well as long term care and mental health facilities.
