                  Deepesh Chandra, MS

Deepesh Chandra is the Chief Analytics Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he leads the vision and strategy on data, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities for the organization and all its markets. At BSMH, he is leading a step-change in the organization’s use of technology and its digital talent agenda, including a pivot to a design-led customer-centric agile-mindset cross-functional team.

Previously, Deepesh was the Associate Partner in the healthcare practice at McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm, where he focused on digital and analytics transformation for payers (health plans), providers (health systems, medical groups, post-acute), governments, and private equity clients.

Deepesh has a wealth of experience and leadership, including his work building a global healthcare COE at QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s global center of excellence for advanced analytics. During his tenure, he worked with Clevel executives, boards, and regulators, to design and deliver value on digital and analytics capabilities.

During his work in the private equity space, he worked closely in health tech, leading end-to-end deals, delivering growth imperatives, and shaping the exit strategies with the investors and management team.

Deepesh’s vast experience in technology and strategy, combined with his deep knowledge of the broader health care provider and payer markets, make him the ideal leader to serve in his role at Bon Secours Mercy Health.
