Nabil Chehade, MD, MSBS

Nabil Chehade, MD, MSBS, is the Executive Vice President & Chief Clinical Transformation Officer at The MetroHealth System. He is chairman of the MetroHealth Collaborative Care Partner Governing Board, one of the top performing Direct Contracting ACO. Dr Chehade is also a practicing physician with more than fifteen years of advanced management and executive leadership experience and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Dr. Chehade came to MetroHealth in 2016 from HealthSpan Physicians and the Ohio Permanente Medical Group, where he served as chief executive officer and market president since 2013.

              Deborah Gibson

              Debbie began her career at Providence in 2012 working in Human Resources supporting Home Health and Hospice ministries in Olympia, Everett, and Renton, Washington. Since then, Debbie has served as HR Director in Shared Services leading Operations and supporting multiple functional teams with HR initiatives, as well as for the University of Providence.  Debbie joined the Community Partnerships division in 2019, and currently leads Operations for our Integrated Community Investments, including responsibility and oversight for all of our Community Health Investment teams in all regions across the system, and specific investments in collaboration with the St. Joseph Community Partnership fund.

                  Jill Piazza, PT, DPT

                  Jill Piazza, PT, DPT serves as Vice President Operations of AdventHealth.  She is a physical therapist by training, graduating with her Master’s Degree in 2000 and her Doctorate in 2008 from Simmons University, Boston, MA.

                  Originally from the New England area, she began her career with AdventHealth in 2002, working as a Director of Rehabilitative Services, Diabetes Education, Wellness/Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Orthopaedic and Women’s Service Lines.

                  Since 2012, Jill has worked in progressive roles focused on the growing population health and value-based care strategies for AdventHealth, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the AdventHealth Population Health Services Organization.  In this role, she is responsible for the development and integration of wholistic and longitudinal health management models, business and administrative operations, and member engagement.

                  Jill is involved in the community and is a past Board Member for the United Way of Volusia/Flagler Counties and One Voice for Volusia.  She is also a past Executive Board member of the Fun Coast Worksite Wellness Council.

                  Jill and her husband Charlie, also a physical therapist, reside in Ormond Beach, FL and have two sons, ages 16 and 13.  In her spare time, Jill enjoys reading, long-distance running, watching her boys on the soccer field, and spending time outdoors with her family.
