                          Albert Marinez

                          Albert Marinez serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at Intermountain Healthcare.  He has 15+ years’ experience leading engaged, high-performing teams who have successfully developed and deployed innovative healthcare analytic solutions.

                          He comes to Intermountain from Swisslog Healthcare in Kirkland, Washington, formerly served as Vice President of Global Analytics & Connectivity. Previously, he was in executive roles leading analytics and data management at KenSci in Seattle, MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, and AdventHealth in Florida.

                          Albert earned a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Adventist University, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He and his wife, Khlarisse, have three daughters – Sariah, 9; Keilana, 7; and Layla, 5.

                              Mary Kate Springman, MHA

                              Mary Kate Springman, MHA, is the Director of Data Science and Analytics at UChicago Medicine.  Reporting to the Chief of Data and Analytics, she and her team support the organization’s analytics and reporting of clinical and operational data in the Inpatient, Ambulatory, Risk and Patient Safety, Patient Experience, Procedural, Value-Based Care, Network, and Nursing settings.  These deliverables range from Tableau Dashboards, data modeling, and discrete-event simulation.  Working closely with UCM-IT, her team is migrating reporting to the Unified Data Platform.   She is a member of the UCM Demand Management Committee, co-chair of the Data Certification Board and her previous work includes the development of the Data Governance Committee’s first policy on Business Intelligence platforms.  She has her B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science from Marquette University and MHA from the University of Minnesota.

                                  Jennifer Junis, RN, MSN

                                  Jennifer Junis serves as the Senior Vice President of OSF OnCall, OSF HealthCare .  She has been in her role since August 2019.  She has strategic and operational responsibility for digital experience, digital care, and on-demand services. Jennifer served as the President of OSF HealthCare St. Mary Medical Center prior to transitioning to her new role. Jennifer began her executive leadership journey serving as Chief Nursing Officer of OSF Saint Luke Medical Center.  She has been a Registered Nurse since 1994 and held a variety of nursing leadership roles for over 20 years including the last 10 spent at the executive level. She holds a BSN and MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.  Jennifer helped to lead two independent Critical Access Hospitals into the OSF Healthcare system.  Her focus has been on mission culture and engagement during these transitions.  Jennifer is passionate about creating a differentiated experience for leaders, patients, and communities she serves.

                                      Anthony A. Hilliard MD, FACC

                                      Anthony Hilliard was born and raised in Southern California.  He graduated with honors from La Sierra University in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Religious Studies. He graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School in 2002, AOA. He attended Mayo Clinic from 2002-2009 for internal medicine, general cardiology and interventional cardiology training.  There he received the Mayo Clinic Internal Medicine Outstanding Achievement Award, the Mayo Brothers Distinguished Fellowship Award and upon completion of his training he was awarded Fellow of the Year.

                                      Dr. Hilliard returned to his alma mater, Loma Linda University, in July of 2009 and became the Vice Chief of the Division of Cardiology in 2018, then Chief in 2019. He was recently named Chief Operating Office for the Faculty Medical Group of Loma Linda University Health. He serves on several leadership committees within the organization including Senior Vice President of the Medical Staff and chairs the Health and Prosperity Task Force for the faculty practice.

                                      He sits on several steering committees for the American College of Cardiology and is the current Treasurer and the incoming Governor for the California Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.  He is also a past President of the Board for the AHA Inland Empire Division and former Co-Chair of the Go Red for Women Campaign and Luncheon.

                                      In his spare time Dr. Hilliard enjoys playing and coaching nearly every sport imaginable, tending to his garden and fruit trees, developing a sustainable home habitat and spending time with his three favorite people—his wife Tammy, daughter Sophia, age 15 and son Max, age 13.
