Julie Watson, MD, is officially named the Chief Medical Officer of INTEGRIS Health. She held the interim role since May. Prior to her appointment to Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Watson served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for INTEGRIS Health and Chief Medical Officer for INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center. Watson is a board-certified neonatologist.

          Jason Jones, PhD

          Jason Jones currently serves as Chief Data Science Officer at Health Catalyst. Previously, he served at Kaiser Permanente (KP) in various roles including Research Scientist and VP, Information Support for Care Transformation. Prior to KP, Jason was a Medical Informaticist for Intermountain Healthcare. Other roles have included analytic and marketing leadership positions at Bayer HealthCare, data and information product development at UnitedHealth Group, and various academic adjunct faculty positions. Jason received his PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Southern California in 2001. His mission is to leverage data to achieve the Quadruple Aim.

          Jason believes that better use of data is critical to achieving the Quadruple Aim. For people, it means having access to options and guidance to achieve our goals in the context of our preferences and circumstances. For providers, it means feeling supported in applying expertise and caring to achieve and sustain health. For organizations, it means achieving better focus and resource application for sustainable improvement. Providing the right information, to the right person, and at the right time augments intelligence and increases team success.

              Marisol De Leon, PharmD, MBA

              Marisol De Leon, PharmD, MBA is the Director of Pharmacy Operations at the University of Maryland Medical Center, which is the flagship hospital of the University of Maryland Medical System.

              She received her Bachelors of Pharmaceutical Sciences and her Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. She then completed her Master of Business Administration from the Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

              She has served as Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Department of Clinical and Administrative Sciences of Notre Dame of Maryland University. She has been preceptor with the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Experiential Learning program of the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

              She oversees the daily operations of multiple inpatient pharmacies and Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center clinics.  In her role she supports the implementation of medication related initiatives at the University of Maryland Medical Center and works with diverse interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, performance improvement and professional growth. Marisol and her team developed pharmacy workflows and training for inpatient operations and COVID-19 vaccine clinics which have been replicated by other University of Maryland System hospitals.

              She is very active professionally in the state chapter of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacist, the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacy. Professional interests include Pharmacy Operations, Leadership Development, Human Resources, Pharmacy Technician career growth and Performance Improvement. Much of her work focuses on advancing the profession of pharmacy in the continually evolving healthcare landscape. Personal interests include hiking the outdoors, running 5K’s and enjoying a good Boston Red Sox game.

                                  Jared Conley, MD, PhD, MPH

                                  Dr. Jared Conley is an emergency physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He also serves as the associate director of the MGH Healthcare Transformation Lab, whose mission is to enhance the quality and affordability of healthcare through technology and innovation. In addition, he is the physician technology advisor for MGH’s Home Hospital program, which provides MGH hospital-level care in the comfort of patients’ homes. His research explores the clinical management strategies that best align acute health needs to the optimal setting of care, including through the use of virtual care and remote patient monitoring technologies. He completed a joint MD/PhD program at Case Western School of Medicine, as well as received a MPH from The Dartmouth Institute.
