Stephanie Jones-Wood, MPH, Director of System Provider Engagement & Resilience, Houston Methodist. Houston Methodist (HM) has been on a journey towards high reliability. As part of this journey, HM has endeavored to improve wellbeing of its health care workforce by building workforce resilience at the individual and organizational levels. Programs that began in 2018 became essential during the COVID-19 pandemic and remain significant for engaging the workforce and cultivating their resilience and wellbeing in a post-pandemic world.
