Our highly curated invited attendees and speakers engage in meaningful conversations during and between sessions to propel the industry forward.

Who can attend the AI Symposium or Annual Conference?

Participation in all SI events is by invitation only to preserve the exclusive nature of the conversations and events which are targeted to C-Suite level individuals. For questions regarding participation, please contact Janet Guptill, CEO Scottsdale Institute.

Do I need to register separately for the AI Symposium and Annual Conference?

Yes. Each event requires its own registration. Fee structures and eligibility will vary based on your affiliation with SI and the timing of your registration. Details are included in your email invitation, and don’t hesitate to contact Ishmeet Kaur Kumar with questions.

Why did the schedule change?

Feedback from our executive attendees led to changing the program schedule to optimize travel times to/from Phoenix and broaden networking opportunities.

What are the Thursday evening and Friday morning activities?

After a full day of programming, attendees will gather Thursday evening to relax and unwind with a dinner reception. Friday morning is a time for the SI team to express our appreciation to our Members and Sponsors over breakfast, and for those with later departures, we encourage you to enjoy a little extra casual time with your peers over golf, hiking, pickleball or a visit to the hotel spa!

Are there discounts for the golf course, spa, etc.?

Yes! The Westin Kierland Resort is an amazing property with lots to do including walking trails, pickleball, tennis, and more! Attendees will have access to discounts for golf tee times and the spa. Mention you are with Scottsdale Institute when booking. We encourage all attendees to take advantage of the resort on Friday or over the weekend before you travel home!

What is the dress code?

Business casual. Layers are recommended to allow for movement between the conference rooms and outdoor networking spaces.

I’m a first-time attendee. What should I expect?

We’ve created this handy guide for first-time attendees to help you navigate the Scottsdale Institute AI Symposium and Annual Conference.
