SI Presents a Collaborative Forum on Quality Improvement

Shelli Williamson, SI, and Janet Guptill, Principal, KM at Work, host a webinar to demonstrate a proposed collaborative website for SI members to support knowledge exchange in the area of Quality Improvement. The concept of deeper and more specific collaboration on quality and performance arose out of the recent Knowledge Management collaboration among 10 SI member organizations, and the QI Collaborative is proposed as the “pilot” project in this SI service offering. This webinar will be repeated on November 16.
