Overview

This discussion-oriented Summit features peer leaders as they discuss challenges and opportunities in key areas of CIO responsibility, including:

  • AI Capabilities & Management Strategies: Explore how organizations can effectively integrate AI into their IT strategies, including developing AI roadmaps, deployment methodologies, and learning from various AI use cases. Additionally, discuss strategies for funding investments in AI technologies
  • Cybersecurity & Cloud Migration: Examine the challenges and strategies related to moving applications to the cloud, enhance cybersecurity measures, and manage risks associated with vendors and ransomware
  • (To be explored deeper in part II January Summit) Financial and Market Impacts: Study the economic impacts on health systems, identify key levers to boost operating margins, and forecast changing economic conditions. Explore alternative revenue strategies to fund investments in AI and cloud technologies
