Lisa presents on how Intermountain Healthcare–one such system who has made this commitment–has developed and embedded the anchor mission within their health system by pursuing local impact investing opportunities in affordable housing and small businesses, increasing spending with diverse and local businesses, and building local hiring pipelines that prioritize communities of need.
