Drs. Jain and Rojas discuss the topic and several efforts to identify and mitigate such biases. Dr. Jain describes the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s (AHRQ’s) evidence review on the topic and the results of a Request for Information (RFI) about awareness, impact and potential solutions to mitigate bias and improve disparities.
