The platform simulates psychotherapy sessions, allowing student therapists to practice their skills and develop greater cultural sensitivity in a safe, controlled environment. The platform provides personalized feedback and guidance, helping students identify and address potential biases or microaggressions as they occur. The future roadmap for this innovative technology and model includes uses in direct clinical practice to democratize training, increase clinician recruitment to the field, improving access, care competencies, equity, patient engagement and satisfaction and likely improved health and wellness.
